Microwave Peach Crisp Recipe

• 2 (16 ounce.) cans sliced peaches, liquid removed
• 3/4 c. biscuit mix
• 1/2 c. quick cooking oatmeal
• 1/2 c. brown sugar
• 3 tbsp. butter, softened
• 1/2 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon grnd nutmeg

1. Arrange peach slices in bottom of a microwave dish, 8"x8"x2".
2. Mix remaining ingredients till crumbly.
3. Sprinkle over peaches.
4. Microwave on high 6 min.
5. Rotate 1/2 turn and microwave 6 min longer.
6. Serve with ice cream if whipped cream if you like.
