Cheesy Chicken and Veggie Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Chop,season and cook your chicken in a skillet.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Steam your brussel sprouts and saute your onions and peppers in evoo on stovetop.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Mix your cream cheese, sour cream, golden mushroom soup, 2 beaten eggs, Gouda, cheddar,and spices in your casserole dish.
  7. Blend well.
  8. Fold in your cooked chicken, brussels,onion and green pepper.
  9. Flatten the surface of the mixture and top evenly with buttered breadcrumbs.
  10. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes or until bubbly.
  11. Broil top for 3 to 5 minutes or until breadcrumbs are golden brown.
