Okara, Kanten, Apple and Yogurt
- 100 grams Fresh okara
- 1 Apple
- 200 grams Plain yogurt
- 50 grams Skim milk
- 30 grams Maple syrup (or honey)
- 4 grams Powdered kanten
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Cut the apple into 8 equal pieces, remove the stem, and cut the pieces into smaller pieces.
- Line the cake mold with parchment paper.
- Add the apple pieces and plain yogurt to a food processor.
- Turn it on and mix.
- Add the skim milk and kanten, and mix until combined.
- Put the fresh okara into a bowl.
- Add the mixture from the food processor to the bowl.
- Mix with a rubber spatula.
- Add the maple syrup (or honey).
- Mix well.
- Pour the batter into the mold.
- Bake in a 180C oven for around 30 minutes.
- When done baking, let it cool in the mold.
- When it has cooled off, leave it in the mold and put it in the fridge to chill.
- When it's completely chilled, remove from the mold.
- Cut into slices of any size you like.
