Tsos Pulled Pork Tacos with Broccoli Slaw

  1. Mix together all of the pork tacos ingredients (everything except the pork and the tortillas) to make a sauce.
  2. Spray a crock pot with cooking spray, place tenderloin in crock pot and cover it with the sauce.
  3. Cook on low for at least 6 hours, but this can be cooked for much longer, it will be okay on low until you are ready to eat.
  4. When you are ready to serve, make the slaw.
  5. Combine the oil, vinegar, sugar, pepper and salt.
  6. Pour over the broccoli slaw and cilantro.
  7. Mix to combine, set aside.
  8. Pull apart the pork (do this in the crock pot with tongs or two forks).
  9. Assemble tacos by putting pork into a tortilla first, then topping with the slaw.
  10. Enjoy!!
