Passover/ Low Carb Chocolate Cake

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Grease an 8 inch round or springform pan.
  3. Process pecans until they are the texture of meal.
  4. Process the rest of the dry ingredients.
  5. Add the wet ingredients and process until blended.
  6. Pour into the pan and bake.
  7. Bake for about 25 minutes (check with toothpick and leave in longer if needed).
  8. Cool and Slice.
