Deli Corned Beef Bites
- 24 woven wheat crackers
- 8 slices deli corned beef, cut into thirds
- 1/2 cup CLAUSSEN Sauerkraut, drained
- 4 oz. KRAFT Hickory Smoked Pasteurized Process Swiss and Cheddar Cheese, cut into 24 slices
- 2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- Top each cracker with 1 corned beef piece, 1 tsp.
- sauerkraut and 1 process cheese slice.
- Place 6 topped crackers on microwaveable plate.
- Microwave on HIGH 20 to 25 sec.
- or until heated through.
- Repeat with remaining topped crackers.
- Top each cracker with 1/4 tsp.
- mustard.
