Crock Pot Beef Barbecue

  1. Drain the juice from the Rotel then blend the chunks in a food processor.
  2. Dump into the crock pot then add the remaining ingredients (except the buns).
  3. Stir until well blended then cover & cook on high for 4-5 hours.
  4. Using a fork shred the beef in the pot.
  5. Serve on buns -- .
