Buttermilk Whole Wheat Bread Recipe
- 1 c. Buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp. Canola oil
- 1 Tbsp. Unsulphured molasses
- 1 3/4 c. Whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. All-purpose flour, unbleached
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Vital wheat gluten
- 1 1/2 tsp Active dry yeast
- 1 3/4 c. Buttermilk
- 3 Tbsp. Canola oil
- 2 Tbsp. Unsulphured molasses
- 3 c. Whole wheat flour
- 3/4 c. All-purpose flour, unbleached
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Vital wheat gluten
- Pour all wet ingredients into bread machine baking pan.
- Measure all remaining ingredients except yeast into baking pan.
- Sprinkle yeast over dry ingredients, being carefull not to get yeast wet.
- Use rapid bake cycle on your machine for this loaf.
