CATALINA Spring Spinach Salad
- 5 cups torn spinach
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 can (8 oz) sliced water chestnuts
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion wedges
- 1/4 cup Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits
- 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
- 3/4 cup Kraft Catalina Dressing
- TOSS spinach, mushrooms, water chestnuts, bean sprouts and onion wedges in a large salad bowl.
- Sprinkle with bacon bits and chopped eggs.
- DRIZZLE salad with dressing.
