Savoy Cabbage with Almonds & Raisins (vegan)

  1. Heat the oil to medium, add the almonds and stir until browning a little.
  2. Add the raisins, cabbage and a splash of water
  3. Put the lid on the pan and cook, shaking the pan and stirring occasionally for 5 minutes
  4. Season well with salt and black pepper before serving.
