Oma's Candied Sweet Potatoes #2

• 4 -6 medium sweet potatoes
• 13 cup butter
• 14 cup brown sugar

1. Bake potatoes until fully cooked.
2. Peel and slice either lengthwise or crosswise as desired.
3. Melt butter and sugar in skillet.
4. Add potatoes and cook over medium heat until well glazed and heated through, turning several times.
5. Option: place in ovenproof dish and top with mini marshmallows and bake at 375 until browned.
