Banana caramel waffles

  1. for waffles
  2. and a medium bowl, sift the flour and salt
  3. in a separate bowl combine the egg yolk ,milk, oil and vanilla,
  4. form a hole in the middle of the dry ingredients and pour in the egg yolk mixture, stir well untill batter mixture is smooth.
  5. bowl and electric mixer, Beat egg whites until soft and foamy, slowly add the sugar while beating until stiff peaks forms.
  6. gradually fold the whipped egg whites into the batter ,using a spectacular.
  7. heat your waffle iron grease if necessary.
  8. ladle half a cup of batter into the mold of waffle iron.
  9. let's cook until golden brown.
  10. place waffles on plate cover with aluminum or parchment paper and keep warm until ready to serve.
  11. the batter will hold up for an hour refrigerate when not using.
  12. now for banana caramel ,in a small saucepan heat the sugar over medium heat until it turns golden caramel color.
  13. add the cream, reduce the heat to low continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until thick caramel sauce forms.
  14. remove from heat mix in the vanilla and set aside to cool about 5 minutes.
  15. and a non stick frying pan over medium heat, saute the bananas until golden on each side
  16. remove the frying pan from the heat gradually Stir in caramel sauce..
  17. place waffles on a plate, drizzle caramel sauce over waffles .a few bananas on top waffles, best served on the side.
