Chicken With String Beans

  1. Mix cornstarch, egg white, sherry, 1 teaspoons salt, pepper and shredded chicken.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan until hot.
  3. Add beans; stir-fry with 1 teaspoons salt and msg for 2 minutes.
  4. Add water and cook 3 minutes more; remove from pan; set aside.
  5. Heat 3 tablespoons oil in the pan until hot.
  6. Stir-fry chicken for 3 minutes.
  7. Add string beans and stir-fry for 2 more minutes.
  8. Serve hot.
  9. This is good with steamed rice.
