Energy Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 350*.
  2. Spray a 9 X 13 baking pan.
  3. Place all ingredients except syrup and eggs in a food processor and pulse until mixture is finely chopped.
  4. Add the syrup and eggs and pulse until the mixture is well combined.
  5. It will resemble a coarse paste.
  6. Transfer to the baking pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake until just done, about 20 minutes.
  8. Cook completely and cut into squares.
