Tamagoyaki with Salted Kelp and Scallions

  1. The ingredients required for this recipe are fairly simple.
  2. Mince the scallions, and mix all the ingredients except for the onion in a bowl.
  3. In a heated tamagoyaki pan with oil, add the egg mixture from Step 1 in 2 or 3 doses.
  4. Wrap the cooked tamagoyaki with a paper towel to form a tube and cool (this will also remove excess oil).
  5. Cut the roll into 5 or 6 slices.
