Tamagoyaki with Salted Kelp and Scallions
- 2 Eggs
- 1 pinch Shio-kombu
- 1 pinch Bonito flakes
- 3 cm Scallions
- 2 to 3 teaspoons Oil
- The ingredients required for this recipe are fairly simple.
- Mince the scallions, and mix all the ingredients except for the onion in a bowl.
- In a heated tamagoyaki pan with oil, add the egg mixture from Step 1 in 2 or 3 doses.
- Wrap the cooked tamagoyaki with a paper towel to form a tube and cool (this will also remove excess oil).
- Cut the roll into 5 or 6 slices.
- It's also a suitable side dish for a packed lunch.
