Tim's 7-Layer Dip
- 1 can (1 lb.) refried black beans
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup mexican style shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 2 tbsp. sliced pitted ripe olives
- 1 lg. bag of blue corn tortilla chips is great for this
- Mix together beans and essence.
- Spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish.
- Layer all remaining ingredients except chips over bean mixture; cover.
- Refrigerate three hours or until chilled.
