Lemon Thyme Oil
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, smashed
- 1 tbsp finely chopped capers
- 1/2 tsp grated lemon zest
- 1 sprig fresh thyme
- Heat all ingredients in a skillet over medium heat until bubbly.and fragrant.
- This should take approximately 3 minutes.
- Cool to room temperature before serving.
- This oil can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
- Let oil come to room temperature after you take it out of the refrigerator before you serve it.
