Smoked Salmon Pate
- 1 can (1 lb.) smoked red salmon
- sockeye
- 2 tbsp. minced onion
- 1 whole jalapeno
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 2 cups chopped walnuts
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. Emeril's Bam
- 2 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1 dash Worchestershire sauce
- Mix all ingredients in a blener; form into a ball.
- Roll ball in chopped nuts and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Serve with your favotire crackers or chips.
