Chocolate Chip Squares Recipe

• 2 (20 ounce.) rolls refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
• 2 (8 ounce.) Packages cream cheese, softened
• 2 c. sugar
• 3 Large eggs

1. Freeze rolls of cookie dough; slice one roll into 40 (1/8 inch) slices.
2. Arrange cookie slices in a well greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch jelly roll pan.
3. Press cookie dough together to create bottom crust.
4. Set aside.
5. Beat cream cheese at high speed of electric mixer till light and fluffy; gradually add in sugar and mix well.
6. Add in Large eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
7. Pour mix onto cookie layer.
8. Slice remaining dough into 40 (1/8 inch) slices.
9. Arrange over cream cheese mix.
10. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
11. Cold; cut into squares.
12. Yield: 4 dozen.
