Beer Batter For Fried Chicken Recipe
- 2/3 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1 x Egg yolk, beaten
- 3/4 c. Flat beer
- Combine dry ingredients & set aside.
- Beat egg yolk & slowly add in beer.
- Gradually add in this to dry mix.
- Moisten chicken.
- Dip in seasoned flour then dip in batter.
- Dip in seasoned flour again.
- Fry.
- (This may also be used for onion rings & other vegetables).
