Smoked Salmon Croissant
- 125g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped capers
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 croissants, halved
- 100g smoked salmon
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- Mix Philly* with the capers, dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Spread the croissants with the Philly* mix.
- Top with the smoked salmon and onions.
- Serve.
