Chocolate Velvet Ice Cream

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk, & chocolate syrup.
  2. Beat with an electric mixer on medium to high speed until soft peaks form (tips curl).
  3. Fold in chopped nuts.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a 13 X 9 X 2 inch pan; freeze about 8 hours or until firm.
  5. If desired, top each serving with whipped cream, sprinkles, and a maraschino cherry.
