Mexican Pork Steaks
- 4 pork shoulder blade chops
- 2/3 cup mojo marinade
- 2 tsp roasted and ground coriander
- 2 tsp roasted and ground cumin
- 2 tsp dried Mexican oregano
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp ground white pepper
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 vegetable oil; as needed
- Marinate chops in mojo marinade for 4-48 hours.
- Pat dry.
- Toss chops with enough oil to cover.
- Season with dried spices.
- Grill on each side briefly until desired doneness.
