Healthy Pizza - 553 calories

  1. Cook up your spinach and mushroom in a fry pan, no oil needed.
  2. Spread tomato paste on pita bread then spread avocado over the top.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella on the base then spread sliced cherry tomatoes, ricotta cheese, mushrooms and spinach over the entire pita.
  4. Use a squeeze bottle to cover your pizza in greek yogurt.
  5. Place in oven until edges start to crisp up then, take out, cut up and serve.
