Easy Tuna Pasta Salad
- 3 cups Elbow Macaroni
- 1 can Chunk Light Tuna
- 2 cups Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 3/4 cups Cocktail Olives
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip!)
- 1 whole Onion, Medium Size
- Salt and Pepper
- Seasoning Salt
- Garlic Powder
- All ingredients in this recipe are approximate.
- Add as much or as little of any ingredient as you prefer, to taste and to achieve quantity required.
- Cook the macaroni al dente, drain well and pour into a large mixing bowl or serving bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients right into the bowl.
- Warmth of pasta should thaw the frozen veggies if you intend to serve immediately.
- Break the tuna up into small chunks with your fingers before adding.
- Chop the olives and onion coarsely.
- Add just enough mayo to moisten everything.
- Add seasonings to taste and mix well before serving.
- Can be served immediately, or after chilling.
- Store in refrigerator.
