Fiesta Casserole

  1. Prepare Velveeta shells and cheese according to package directions.
  2. Brown and drain ground meat.
  3. Add meat to shells and cheese and stir.
  4. Add in Rotel and black olives.
  5. Combine.
  6. Top with shredded cheese.
