Yogurt Cheese - 3 Different

  1. Plain Yogurt Cheese: Line a colander with cheesecloth.
  2. Spoon in yogurt and set colander in a bowl.
  3. Let it drain in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. Herbal Yogurt Cheese: Mix all ingredients together well.
  5. For the dried herbs, try cominations such as dill/savory, tarragon/chervil, rosemary/thyme and others.
  6. Orange Almond Cheese: Mix all ingredients together well.
