Apple & Herb Chicken
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1 pinch salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 granny smith apple, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 2 large shallots, peeled and sliced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in a large skillet.
- Add chicken, apple and shallots to skillet; cook and stir for about 10 minute or until chicken is cooked through and apple is tender.
- Sprinkle with thyme.
