Nice Crust Chicken
- 3 whole chicken breasts, split and skinned (6 pieces)
- 1/4 c. prepared mustard
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 6 Tbsp. sour cream
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Brush chicken with mustard; set aside. In large shallow dish, mix together the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder and oregano.
- Roll the chicken, in the bread crumb mixture to coat.
- Place chicken in a large, lightly greased baking pan, meaty side up.
- Drizzle chicken with the melted butter.
- Bake, uncovered, for 50 minutes or until fork-tender.
- Arrange chicken on a serving dish and top with sour cream.
