Ground Turkey Burger with Sauteed Mushroom Mix
- 1 pound Lean Ground Turkey
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon Garlic, Minced
- 1/4 cups Green Onion, Finely Diced
- 3 Tablespoons Ketchup
- 3 Tablespoons Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Salt And Black Pepper To Taste
- 2 teaspoons Vegetable Oil
- 2 cups White Onion, Diced
- 3 cups Cremini Mushrooms, Sliced
- 2 teaspoons Garlic, Chopped
- 2 cups Spinach, Shredded
- 1 Medium Golden Delicious Apple, Cored And Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- Sweet Relish Or Dijon Mustard For Spread (optional)

- Preheat oven to 375 F. 2.
- Combine turkey, egg, minced garlic, green onion, ketchup, breadcrumbs, cheese, salt and black pepper in a large bowl.
- Mix together and pat into four equal-sized burgers.
- Put them onto a rimmed baking tray.

- Bake for 15 minutes.

- In a large skillet heat up the vegetable oil.
- 5.
- Add cooking onion and saute for three minutes, then add mushrooms and chopped garlic and saute an additional 5 minutes until mushrooms are cooked, stirring as you go.

- Add spinach and apples and saute until soft, about two minutes.
- Add soy sauce, salt and pepper and cook one more minute, stirring as you go.
- 7.
- Place sauteed mushroom mixture on your plates and top with a burger.
- Spread on some relish or mustard if desired.
- 8.
