Picnic Macaroni Salad Recipe
- 5 1/2 ounce. (2 1/2 c.) uncooked spiral macaroni
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
- 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 c. Green Giant frzn sweet peas, thawed and liquid removed
- 3 Large eggs, hard cooked and minced
- Cook macaroni to desired doneness.
- Drain.
- Rinse in cool water.
- In large bowl, combine salad dressing, onion and pickle relish, and mustard.
- Mix well.
- Stir in cooked macaroni, peas and Large eggs.
- Chill at least 2 hrs to blend flavors.
- Makes 6 (1 c.) servings.
