Chicken in a Barbecue Sauce

• 4 chicken pieces (cooked)
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
• 2 ounces brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon mustard
• 4 tablespoons tomato sauce
• 2 onions (diced)
• 1 green pepper (diced)
• 2 tablespoons oil

1. Sweat Diced Onion and Diced Green Pepper in Oil for 10 - 15 minutes.
2. Add all the other ingredients to the pepper and onion.
3. Cook in the oven at 180oC, 350oF or Gas Mark 4 for 30 - 40 minutes.
