Spinach and Shirasu Tossed with Mayonnaise Ginger Sauce

  1. Blanch the spinach in salted water, drain and thoroughly squeeze out the excess water.
  2. Cut into 3 cm pieces.
  3. Tear the seasoned nori into tiny pieces.
  4. Combine all ingredients marked with , toss evenly with the spinach and shirasu, then mix in the nori.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
