Mixed Bean Salad

  1. Drain the cans of green beans, yellow wax beans, red kidney beans and chick peas, rinse with cold water.
  2. Combine in large bowl.
  3. Add celery, onion and green pepper.
  4. Combine sugar, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and herbs.
  5. Whisk until blended.
  6. Pour over vegetables.
  7. Mix well; taste and adjust seasoning.
  8. Refrigerate at least 8 hours before serving.
  9. Will keep for several days in refrigerator.
  10. Drain before serving.
