BBQ Steak & Pasta Skillet
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
- 2 cups water
- 1 pkg. (10.3 oz.) VELVEETA Shells & Cheese with Bacon
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add meat; cook and stir 4 to 5 min.
- or until done.
- Remove meat from skillet; cover to keep warm.
- Add water, Shells and corn to skillet; stir.
- Bring to boil; cover.
- Simmer on medium-low heat 15 min.
- or until Shells are tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
- Stir in meat, contents of Cheese Sauce and Bacon packet, and barbecue sauce; cook 5 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle with onions.
