Healthy Banana Mousse Pie Recipe

  1. In small saucepan, stir together lowfat milk, flour, salt, egg substitute and vanilla.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly till thickened, approximately 6 to 7 min.
  3. Pour custard into medium mixing bowl to cold and set aside.
  4. Whip topping according to package directions.
  5. Set aside.
  6. When custard cools, stir in 6 pkgs.
  7. of Equal and 1 c. bananas.
  8. Gently mix in 1 c. whipped topping.
  9. Spread graham cracker crumbs on bottom of 9 inch glass pie plate.
  10. Place remaining 1/2 c. bananas proportionately over crumbs.
  11. Spoon on pudding and spread proportionately.
  12. Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding.
  13. Refrigeratepie for 2 hrs till hard.
  14. (130 calories per serving.)
