Tuna and Cucumber Sandwiches on Rice Rounds

• 1 (7 ounce) can tuna in water, drained
• 1 cucumber, peeled seeded and diced
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 14 cup mayonnaise
• 4 rice cakes, rounds

1. Break up tuna and mix with cucumber.
2. Add soy sauce and mayonnaise and mix well.
3. Spread 1/4 of the tuna mixture over each rice cake.
4. Serve.
