Peach Cobbler

  1. Mix peaches, water, 1/4 cup butter, 1 1/4 cups sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  2. Roll 1/2 of pie crust, cut into 2" squares, add to peach mixture and soak for 10 minutes.
  3. Roll the rest of the crust, cut into small strips and lay on top.
  4. Spread 1/4 cup butter over strips.
  5. Sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg on top.
  6. Bake 20 minutes until brown.
  7. Note: Bake in 8 x 8" pan.
