Peanutty Chocolate Pudding

• 2 cups cold nonfat milk
• 4 ounces sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix (1.4 ounce package)
• 13 cup natural-style peanut butter or 13 cup no-sugar-added peanut butter or 13 cup reduced-fat peanut butter
• sugar-free whipped topping (optional) or fat-free whipped topping (optional)

1. In a mixing bowl, combine milk and pudding mix.
2. Beat on low speed for 2 minutes.
3. Beat in peanut butter until smooth.
4. Spoon into desert dishes.
5. Top with whipped topping if desired.
