Jasmine Rice Timbales With Black and White Sesame Seeds

  1. Combine rice, 1 T butter, 1 tsp sesame oil, 2-1/2 cups water and 1/4 tsp salt in large saucepan.
  2. Bring to boil -- reduce heat to low.
  3. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Lightly coat small ramekin dishes with remaining sesame oil.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Add remaining 1 T butter, chives and sesame seeds to rice.
  7. Fluff with fork.
  8. Cover and let stnd 5 minutes,
  9. Pack rice tightly into prepared dishes.
  10. Turn timbales out onto plates and serve.
