Salsa Verde Tilapia
- Vegetable cooking spray
- 6 fresh tilapia fillets (about 1 1/2 pounds)
- 1 1/2 c. Pace Salsa Verde
- 6 tbsp. crumbled feta or queso fresco cheese
- chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- Heat the oven to 400 F. Spray a 3-quart shallow baking dish with the cooking spray.
- Place the fish into the baking dish.
- Spoon 1/4 cup salsa onto each fish fillet.
- Top each with 1 tablespoon cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
- Sprinkle with the cilantro, if desired.
