Vegan No Bake P-Butter and Chock Chip bars
- 1 1/2 cup Oats
- 1/2 cup Shredded Coconut
- 1/2 cup Raisins or dates or Cranberries
- 1/2 cup Chock Chips
- 1/4 cup shredded almonds
- 3 Scoops Vanilla Whey
- 2 tbsp flaxseeds
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 Mashed Bananna
- 1/2 cup Maple syrup
- 1/2 cup Penut Butter
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
- Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl
- In a smaller bowl : Mashed bananna and all wet ingredients
- Pour wet ingredients into 9X9 baking dish lined with plastic wrap or wax paper
- Press to flat
- place dish in freezer until firm
- Remove From dish and cut into 15 squares or bars
- Store in fridge
- Can freeze up to a month
