White Chocolate & Hazelnut Ball

  1. COMBINE PHILLY, chocolate and sugar in a small bowl.
  2. Chill for 1 hour or until firm.
  3. FORM into 2 balls and coat in hazelnuts.
  4. Chill until firm.
  5. Place onto 2 serving plates and serve with ginger biscuits and chocolate chip bread.
  6. HANDY TIP: This recipe is great for guests to share with coffee in place of dessert.
