White Chocolate & Hazelnut Ball
- 250 g PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 100 g white chocolate, melted
- 1 tablespoon caster sugar
- 1 cup chopped roasted hazelnuts
- Ginger biscuits, to serve
- Chocolate chip bread, to serve
- COMBINE PHILLY, chocolate and sugar in a small bowl.
- Chill for 1 hour or until firm.
- FORM into 2 balls and coat in hazelnuts.
- Chill until firm.
- Place onto 2 serving plates and serve with ginger biscuits and chocolate chip bread.
- HANDY TIP: This recipe is great for guests to share with coffee in place of dessert.
