Vegetable Macaroni Salad Recipe
- 1 can French style green beans
- 1 can diced carrots
- 1 box frzn peas
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 jar minced pimientos
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 c. minced celery
- 1/2 green pepper, minced
- 16 ounce. bag macaroni, cooked
- Soak kidney beans in vinegar 1 hour, rinse and drain with all canned vegetables.
- Mix all dressing ingredients, then mix together with all remaining ingredients in large bowl.
- Best if chilled for 12 hrs or possibly more.
- Serves 12 to 15.
