Lowfat Strawberry Delight
- 1 angel food cake
- 1 small tub cool whip
- 1 large box strawberry jello
- 1 large bag frozen strawberries
- 2 cups (475 ml) boiling water
- Add 2 cups (475 ml) boiling water to jello and stir until dissolved.
- Mix in frozen strawberries.
- Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Tear cake into small pieces and place in 13 x 9 inch pan.
- Take out jello mixture and blend in cool whip and add to cake pieces.
- Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
