Chipotle Rice

• 3 cups rice, cooked (We use Basmati rice)
• 13 cup extra-strong chicken broth or 1 bouillon cube, dissolved in same amount of water
• 1 tablespoon chili powder
• 1 12 tablespoons chipotle chiles, in adobo

1. Mix all ingredients and add to rice.
2. Stir well and heat and serve.
