Egyptian meat plate with potato
- 500 grams Meat (veal or lamb)
- 1 kg potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 garlic
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp saffron
- 1 tsp coriander
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- Put chopped meat in hot olive oil
- Remove when it gets a brown color
- Put chopped onion instead
- Add salt- chopped Garlic - Ginger- Coriander - Saffron - Tomato Sauce
- Put back the meat + Soup or water
- Put chopped potato pieces after 60/80 minutes
- Leave it for another 20-30 minutes
- Finish with fresh Parsley
