Egyptian meat plate with potato

  1. Put chopped meat in hot olive oil
  2. Remove when it gets a brown color
  3. Put chopped onion instead
  4. Add salt- chopped Garlic - Ginger- Coriander - Saffron - Tomato Sauce
  5. Put back the meat + Soup or water
  6. Put chopped potato pieces after 60/80 minutes
  7. Leave it for another 20-30 minutes
  8. Finish with fresh Parsley
