Steak Marinade

• 1 medium onion, finely chopped
• 14 cup ouzo
• 12 cup herbs, and garlic marinade dressing
• 1 12 teaspoons dried garlic
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 14 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 13 cup chopped of fresh mint
• 1 pinch cayenne pepper, plus pinch more for garnish

1. Mix all ingredients together.
