Chocolate Pretzel Bark

  1. Heat oven to 350 F.
  2. Heat butter and sugar in a saucepan until boiling.
  3. Cook on medium for 2-3 minutes until sugar is dissolved.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Line an 11x14 inch pan with parchment paper.
  7. Line up pretzels in a single layer across the bottom of the pan as best as you can.
  8. Pour sugar butter mixture over the pretzels and pop into the oven for 8 minutes.
  9. Pull the pan out of the oven and sprinkle with the chocolate chips.
  10. Return to oven for 3 minutes.
  11. Pull the pan out and spread the chocolate all around.
  12. Sprinkle with sea salt to taste.
  13. This depends on the saltiness of your pretzels as well.
  14. Be careful.
  15. Melt white chocolate in the microwave on 50% power until smooth.
  16. Drizzle over the pretzel bark.
  17. Allow all of this to cool.
  18. You want the chocolate completely solid again.
  19. I put mine in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  20. As if this wasnt enough fun all ready!
  21. Now you get to break it apart and share with your friends.
  22. They will call you blessed.
  23. Store in airtight container.
