Warm Bean and Spinach Salad

  1. .Remove tough stems from spinach and tear into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Place in a large bowl.
  3. Add beans and set aside.
  4. Heat dressing and bell pepper to boiling, then reduce heat.
  5. Cook uncovered, for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Stir in garlic powder and pepper.
  7. Pour heated mixture over spinach and beans.
  8. Toss, then sprinkle with mozarella.
  9. Serve warm.
